Low Carb Bread

In many cases one of the hardest things for a person to give up when they decide to go low carb is bread. We use bread in sandwiches, toast, and many other normal meal items–including pizza crust. Low Carb Food List Basics

Most new low-carbohydrate dieters are worried what to eat. Low-carbing is a different way of life entirely, because most breads, potatoes and corn foods are cut out of your diet. Planning meals ahead of time sounds difficult for people with busy schedules but its a vital step in low-carbing. If you come home hungry and have nothing prepared to eat right away – you’re likely to head straight for the carbohydrates. So keep these foods in mind and make some low-carb snacks to hold you [...]

High Protein and Low Carbohydrate Diets

High Protein and Low Carbohydrate (or Low Carb) Diets are a phenomenon that have come onto the diet scene since the Atkins Diet first became widely published in the 1990’s. Many people have easily become quick fans of the diet as you can still “eat what you want.” The main premises of the diet is that dieters can still eat all the lean protein (pork, beef, chicken, seafood, eggs) they want, but must cut two things out of their daily diet: sugars and carbohydrates.

Low Carb For Weight Loss

If you are looking to lose ten to twenty pounds rather quickly, the high protein low card diet may be one route you should consider. The basic idea of the diet is that, if few carbohydrates are taken in, the body is more quickly forced to burn its own fat for fuel. In place of carbohydrates, one eats meals high in protein and healthy fats. This is a rather simple diet to follow if approached in the right manner.
