In many cases one of the hardest things for a person to give up when they decide to go low carb is bread. We use bread in sandwiches, toast, and many other normal meal items–including pizza crust. For those of you that just CAN’T drop bread all together, there are actually some pretty interesting “Low Carb Breads” out these days, that can help with that. Here are a few I have found on the internet that may help you out, usually they are slightly different then a normal bread and to some they just aren’t close enough, but for many others they work wonders for their meal options. Most new low-carbohydrate dieters are worried what to eat. Low-carbing is a different way of life entirely, because most breads, potatoes and corn foods are cut out of your diet. Of course they are the base for almost all American foods and they are high-carb foods – which is most likely a large (no pun intended) contributor to the obesity problems in America. If you are looking to lose ten to twenty pounds rather quickly, the high protein low card diet may be one route you should consider. The basic idea of the diet is that, if few carbohydrates are taken in, the body is more quickly forced to burn its own fat for fuel. In place of carbohydrates, one eats meals high in protein and healthy fats. This is a rather simple diet to follow if approached in the right manner.
